When will my order ship?

All orders require 1-3 days for processing but in most cases will be shipped out within 24 hours. If any major delays occur you will be notified.

I haven’t received my order yet what should I do?

We would recommend checking the tracking number and seeing where your package is. In the cases that the package was already shipped by us, please contact the shipping company.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges unless one of our sets were bearing an issue from manufacturing. In the case you have an issue please feel free to contact us through email: Support@statecollectiveofficial.com

The email should include the following: Picture, order number, and description of the issue. Please note that all tags must be intact.

For international orders are duties, taxes and custom fees included?

Unfortunately at this time these are not covered by us.
